Abstract
A carrying device with a built-in security system including a security unit 10 having components housed in an integral unit, where the components include a camera 1 with a light sensor 2; with a shatter proof clear cover 3 over the camera lens 16; a speed sensor 4; a distance sensor 9; a GPS tracker 8; a transponder 7 for sending and accepting digital data; a microcontroller 15, and a rechargeable power supply 5 in electrical communication with the microcontroller 15, the camera 1, the speed sensor 4, the distance sensor 9, the GPS tracker 8and the transponder 7; to monitor the location and contents of the carrying device and to provide real time feedback to the user.
Claims1
A carrying device comprising:
- one or more accelerometers;
- one or more distance sensors configured to detect distances to nearby objects or obstructions;
- one or more computer-readable mediums configured to store computer- executable instructions and a plurality of preprogrammed conditions;
- and
- one or more processors, wherein the computer-executable instructions are configured for execution by the one or more processors to cause the carrying device to:
- access a first preprogrammed condition from the plurality of preprogrammed conditions;
- access sensor data associated with the one or more distance sensors and the one or more accelerometers;
- determine satisfaction of the first preprogrammed condition based at least in part on the accessed sensor data;
- based at least in part on the determination, generate and transmit, to an electronic user device, a notification indicating satisfaction of the first preprogrammed condition;
- receive, from the user device, a first command;
- and
- execute the first command.
