Display device

A display device having a display region, a frame region surrounding the display region and a non-display region provided inside the display region, the display device comprising:

• a base substrate;
• a thin film transistor layer (TFT layer) provided on the base substrate and including a first inorganic insulating film;
• a light-emitting element layer in which a plurality of light-emitting elements is arranged on the TFT layer, each of the plurality of light-emitting elements including a first electrode, a function layer and a second electrode in this order form the base substrate;
• and
• a sealing film provided on the light-emitting element layer and including a second inorganic insulating film,
• wherein the base substrate has a through-hole extending through the base substrate in the non-display region in a thickness direction thereof,
• a wall structure is provided along a peripheral edge of the through-hole, the wall structure includes a metal structure having a first metal layer, a second metal layer and a third metal layer in this order from the base substrate,
• the third metal layer includes a protruded portion protruding toward the through-hole compared to the second metal layer, and
• the second inorganic insulating film wraps around from an upper surface of the wall structure to the lower surface of the protruded portion.
