Communication method, network device and storage medium

A method for communication, applied to a first Base Station (BS) equipment, the method comprising:

• sending a second reference signal to a first User Equipment (UE), to instruct the first UE to acquire a second signal strength measurement value according to the second reference signal;
• receiving measurement information sent by the first UE;
• wherein the measurement information comprises a first signal strength measurement value and the second signal strength measurement value;
• and the first signal strength measurement value is generated by the first UE according to a first reference signal sent by a second UE;
• acquiring a Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio (SINR) of the first UE in relation to the second UE according to the measurement information, and generating a scheduling command according to the SINR;
• wherein
• the scheduling command is utilized to determine whether each of the first UE and the second UE performs respective communication over the same time-frequency resource;
• and
• sending the scheduling command respectively to the first UE and the second UE, to instruct each of the first UE and the second UE to perform respective communication according to the scheduling command.

A method for communication, applied to a second User Equipment (UE), the method comprising:

• sending a first reference signal to a first UE, to instruct the first UE to acquire a first signal strength measurement value according to the first reference signal;
• and
• receiving a scheduling command sent by a first Base Station (BS) equipment, and performing communication according to the scheduling command;
• wherein,
• the scheduling command is acquired by the first BS equipment according to the Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio (SINR) of the first UE in relation to the second UE;
• the scheduling command is utilized for determining whether each of the first UE and the second UE performs respective communication over the same time-frequency resource;
• the SINR is acquired by the first BS equipment according to the measurement information that comprises the first signal strength measurement value and a second signal strength measurement value;
• and
• the second signal strength measurement value is acquired by the first UE according to a second reference signal sent by the first BS equipment.
