Abstract
A transmission resource selection method, which includes: determining, by a first terminal, a first transmission resource based on values of first parameters respectively corresponding to one or more resource pools on each of N carriers; where a first parameter is used for indicating a resource usage state; the first transmission resource is used for data transmission; and N is an integer greater than 1.

A transmission resource selection method, comprising:
- determining, by a first terminal, a first transmission resource based on values of first parameters respectively corresponding to one or more resource pools on each of N carriers;
- wherein a first parameter is used for indicating a resource usage state;
- the first transmission resource is used for data transmission;
- and N is an integer greater than 1.
A first terminal, comprising:
- a processor and a memory, wherein the memory is configured to store a computer program, and the processer is configured to call and run the computer program stored in the memory, to cause the first terminal to perform:
- determining a first transmission resource based on values of first parameters respectively corresponding to one or more resource pools on each of N carriers;
- wherein a first parameter is used for indicating a resource usage state;
- the first transmission resource is used for data transmission;
- and N is an integer greater than 1.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, configured to store a computer program, wherein the computer program, when being executed by a device, causes the device to perform:
- determining a first transmission resource based on values of first parameters respectively corresponding to one or more resource pools on each of N carriers;
- wherein a first parameter is used for indicating a resource usage state;
- the first transmission resource is used for data transmission;
- and N is an integer greater than 1.
