Sidelink Resource Selection

A wireless device comprising one or more processors and memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to:

• receive a message indicating a reference signal received power (RSRP) threshold value associated with a resource pool shared between a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second RAT;
• and
• transmit, via a first resource of the resource pool, a first sidelink transmission using the first RAT based on the RSRP threshold value, wherein the RSRP threshold value is selected based on:
• a first priority of the first sidelink transmission using the first RAT;
• and
• a second priority indicated by a first sidelink control information, SCI, using the second RAT, reserving a second resource overlapping with a periodic resource of the first resource.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a wireless device, cause the wireless device to:

• receive a message indicating a reference signal received power (RSRP) threshold value associated with a resource pool shared between a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second RAT;
• and
• transmit, via a first resource of the resource pool, a first sidelink transmission using the first RAT based on the RSRP threshold value, wherein the RSRP threshold value is selected based on:
• a first priority of the first sidelink transmission using the first RAT;
• and
• a second priority indicated by a first sidelink control information, SCI, using the second RAT, reserving a second resource overlapping with a periodic resource of the first resource.
