Multi-carrier scheduling for sidelink communications

An apparatus for wireless communication at a network entity, comprising:

• a memory;
• and
• one or more processors, coupled to the memory, configured to:
• transmit, to a user equipment (UE), a configuration of a first resource pool associated with a first component carrier and a second resource pool associated with a second component carrier;
• and
• transmit, to the UE, an indication of a resource allocation associated with a sidelink communication, wherein the resource allocation is based at least in part on at least one of the first resource pool or the second resource pool.

A method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE), comprising:

• receiving a configuration of a first resource pool associated with a first component carrier and a second resource pool associated with a second component carrier;
• receiving an indication of a resource allocation associated with a sidelink communication, wherein the resource allocation is based at least in part on at least one of the first resource pool or the second resource pool;
• and
• performing the sidelink communication in accordance with the resource allocation.
