Data packet transmission method and apparatus

A data packet transmission method applied to a first terminal, the method comprising:

• determining a first time unit occupied by a transport channel, wherein
• the transport channel is used for carrying a data packet,
• the transport channel occupies N first time units,
• at least two of the N first time units are discontinuous in a time domain, and
• N is a natural number greater than or equal to 2;
• and
• receiving a data packet from a network device in the first time unit occupied by the transport channel.

A communication apparatus, comprising:

• a processor operatively coupled to a memory, wherein the memory is configured to store a program or instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the communication apparatus to:
• determining a first time unit occupied by a first transport channel and a first time unit occupied by a second transport channel, wherein
• the first transport channel and the second transport channel carry data packets,
• the first transport channel occupies N first time units,
• at least two of the N first time units are discontinuous in a time domain,
• the second transport channel occupies M first time units,
• at least two of the M first time units are discontinuous in the time domain,
• N and M are natural numbers greater than or equal to 2, and
• the N first time units do not overlap the M first time units;
• sending a data packet to a first terminal in the first time unit occupied by the first transport channel;
• and
• sending a data packet to a second terminal in the first time unit occupied by the second transport channel.
