Abstract
A pilot determination method includes: receiving pilot configuration information for radio link monitoring or link recovery, sent by a network device, where the pilot configuration information at least includes semi-persistent pilot information; and determining a pilot for radio link monitoring or link recovery based on the pilot configuration information.

A method for determining pilot, performed by user equipment, and comprising:
- receiving pilot configuration information for radio link monitoring or link recovery sent by a network device, wherein the pilot configuration information at least comprises semi-persistent pilot information;
- and
- determining a pilot for radio link monitoring or link recovery based on the pilot configuration information.
