Abstract
There is provided a diagnostic support program capable of displaying movement of an organ. A diagnostic support program that analyzes images of a human organ and displays analysis results. The program acquires a plurality of frame images of a human organ and calculates a frequency characterizing a state of the organ based on each of the frame images. A phase difference between a waveform in a previously acquired organ model and a waveform corresponding to the calculated frequency is calculated. A signal is then output indicating the phase difference.
Claims25
A diagnostic support program that analyzes images of a human organ and displays analysis results, the program causing a computer to execute a process comprising:
- acquiring a plurality of frame images of the human organ;
- calculating a frequency characterizing a state of the human organ based on each of the frame images;
- calculating a phase difference between a waveform in a previously acquired organ model and a waveform corresponding to the calculated frequency;
- and
- outputting a signal indicating the phase difference.
A diagnostic support program that analyzes images of a human organ and displays analysis results, the program causing a computer to execute a process comprising:
- acquiring a plurality of frame images of the organ;
- extracting pixel values at specific points included in the images of the organ;
- calculating a temporal change of the extracted pixel values;
- extracting at least one frequency signal from the temporal change of the pixel values;
- and
- outputting the extracted frequency signal as a signal at the specific points.
A diagnostic support program that analyzes images of a human organ and displays analysis results, the program causing a computer to execute a process comprising:
- acquiring the images of the organ, that are imaged from multiple directions under a plurality of imaging conditions;
- extracting pixel values at specific points included in the image of the organ;
- calculating a temporal change of the extracted pixel values;
- extracting at least one frequency signal from the temporal change of the pixel values;
- outputting the extracted frequency signal as a signal at the specific points;
- and
- preparing a cross-sectional diagram of all or part of the organ, using the output signal at the specific points.
A diagnostic support program that analyzes images of a human organ and displays analysis results, the program causing a computer to execute a process comprising:
- acquiring a plurality of frame images of the organ imaged by applying a cyclic signal to a human body;
- Fourier-transforming a change in pixel value in a specific area in each of the frame images;
- extracting a spectrum in a fixed band including a spectrum corresponding to a frequency of the cyclic signal applied to the human body, out of a spectrum obtained after the Fourier-transforming;
- subjecting the spectrum extracted from the fixed band to inverse Fourier transform;
- and
- displaying each of the images after performing the inverse Fourier transform, on a display.
A diagnostic support program that analyzes images of a human organ and displays analysis results, the program causing a computer to execute a process comprising:
- acquiring a plurality of frame images of the organ imaged by applying a cyclic signal to a human body;
- calculating a change rate of a pixel value in a specific area in each of the frame images;
- extracting only an area for which a tunable rate is within a predetermined fixed range, using the tunable rate that is a value of a ratio of the change rate of the pixel value in the specific area to a cyclic change rate of the signal applied to the human body;
- and
- displaying each of the images including the extracted area, on a display.
A diagnostic support program that analyzes images of a human organ and displays analysis results, the program causing a computer to execute a process comprising:
- acquiring a plurality of frame images of the organ;
- calculating a function representing a frequency or a waveform of lung blood pressure, based on each of the frame images;
- calculating the function representing the waveform of the lung blood flow, based on the function representing the calculated frequency and waveform of the lung blood flow, and information indicating size of lung blood vessels;
- and
- estimating lung blood pressure from the calculated waveform of the lung blood pressure.
