Abstract
The present disclosure relates to an image display apparatus. An image display apparatus according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a display, an interface configured to exchange data with an external device, a memory configured to store a plurality of display identification data, and a signal processing device configured to transmit the plurality of display identification data to the external device at the time of connecting to the external device or changing an image output mode, decode image data received from the external device using a plurality of decoders, and select one of a plurality of decoded image data to be output on the display. Accordingly, an image may be stably displayed based on image data received from an external device.
Claims17
An image display apparatus comprising:
- a display;
- an interface configured to exchange data with an external device;
- a memory configured to store a plurality of display identification data;
- and
- a signal processing device configured to transmit the plurality of display identification data to the external device at the time of connecting to the external device or changing an image output mode, decode image data received from the external device using a plurality of decoders, and select one of a plurality of decoded image data to be output on the display.
An image display apparatus comprising:
- a display;
- an interface configured to exchange data with an external device;
- a memory configured to store a plurality of display identification data;
- and
- a signal processing device configured to sequentially transmit the plurality of display identification data to the external device, receive image data corresponding to one of display identification data among the plurality of display identification data from the external device, and display an image corresponding to the received image data on the display.
