Abstract
Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems and methods, which can include executing an incremental Principal Component Analysis (PCA) modeler to build a PCA model for sensor measurements associated with one or more cooling devices of a location to be monitored; detecting changes at each time step based on a change in a number of principal components or for when a reconstruction error exceeds a threshold; and evaluating and observing changes to generate feedback regarding the one or more cooling devices.
Claims19
A method, comprising:
- executing an incremental Principal Component Analysis (PCA) modeler to build a PCA model for sensor measurements associated with one or more cooling devices of a location to be monitored;
- detecting changes at each time step based on a change in a number of principal components or for when a reconstruction error exceeds a threshold;
- and
- evaluating and observing the changes to generate feedback regarding the one or more cooling devices.
A non-transitory computer readable medium, storing instructions for executing a process, the instructions comprising:
- executing an incremental Principal Component Analysis (PCA) modeler to build a PCA model for sensor measurements associated with one or more cooling devices of a location to be monitored;
- detecting changes at each time step based on a change in a number of principal components or for when a reconstruction error exceeds a threshold;
- and
- evaluating and observing the changes to generate feedback regarding the one or more cooling devices.
An apparatus, comprising:
- a processor, configured to:
- execute an incremental Principal Component Analysis (PCA) modeler to build a PCA model for sensor measurements associated with one or more cooling devices of a location to be monitored;
- detect changes at each time step based on a change in a number of principal components or for when a reconstruction error exceeds a threshold;
- and
- evaluate and observing the changes to generate feedback regarding the one or more cooling devices.
