Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for improving exosome productivity by treatment using high-pressure oxygen, and a composition comprising exosomes produced thereby, and when the method of the present invention is used, the exosome productivity can be effectively improved, which can be very useful for diagnosis and treatment using exosomes.

A method for improving exosome productivity comprising:
- culturing a sample containing cells in a first pressure environment;
- and
- culturing the sample in a second pressure environment higher than the first pressure,
- wherein the second pressure condition is created by high-pressure oxygen.
