Abstract
Disclosed is an antibody that specifically recognizes and binds to folate receptor α, also referred to as anti-folate receptor a antibody or anti-FRα antibody. Also disclosed is an antibody-drug conjugate of the anti-FRα antibody. Disclosed are uses of the anti-FRα antibody and the antibody-drug conjugate in the treatment of diseases related to FRα expression.

An antibody or an antigen-binding unit thereof, wherein the antibody or the antigen-binding unit thereof specifically binds to folate receptor α and comprises one or more of (a)-(f):
- (a) a VH CDR1 comprising an amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
