Abstract
Compositions comprising a cartilage sheet comprising a plurality of interconnected cartilage tiles and a biocompatible carrier are provided. Methods of manufacturing cartilage compositions comprising a cartilage sheet comprising a plurality of interconnected cartilage tiles are also provided.

A mosaic cartilage composition comprising a cartilage sheet and a bone substrate, wherein the cartilage sheet further comprises a plurality of interconnected cartilage tiles that are separated by channels formed in the cartilage sheet.
A method of manufacturing a mosaic cartilage composition, the method comprising:
- obtaining cartilage tissue;
- cutting a plurality of channels into the cartilage sheet, thereby forming a cartilage sheet comprising a plurality of interconnected cartilage tiles that are separated by the channels;
- and
- combining at least a portion of the cartilage sheet with a bone substrate;
- and
- producing the mosaic cartilage composition.
