Abstract
The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for an interactive, intelligent hub built around the completion of a task. This hub brings together resources, information, suggested steps, and other automated assistance to facilitate the completion of the task. AI-based assistance may indicate which steps can be completed by automated processes, and dispatch those processes, or suggest resources to assist in the completion of other steps. The hub displays the current status of the task, and lives until the completion of the task, or abandonment by the user.
Claims21
1-20. (canceled)
A method of managing a task, the method comprising:
- determining that the task comprises a plurality of subtasks including a first subtask and a second subtask;
- automatically performing the first subtask based on a state of the plurality of subtasks and a definition for the first subtask;
- determining that the second subtask requires user input to be performed, based on the state of the plurality of subtasks and a definition for the second subtask;
- receiving the required user input to perform the second subtask;
- and
- automatically performing the second subtask, based on the received user input.
A system for managing a task, the system comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- memory storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the system to perform a set of operations comprising:
- determining that the task comprises a plurality of subtasks including a first subtask and a second subtask;
- automatically performing the first subtask based on a state of the plurality of subtasks and a definition for the first subtask;
- determining that the second subtask requires user input to be performed, based on the state of the plurality of subtasks and a definition for the second subtask;
- receiving the required user input to perform the second subtask;
- and
- automatically performing the second subtask, based on the received user input.
A method of managing a task, the method comprising:
- determining that the task comprises a plurality of subtasks including a first subtask and a second subtask;
- generating a user interface related to the task, wherein the user interface comprises a list of the plurality of subtasks;
- receiving a selection, via the user interface, to add a third subtask to the plurality of subtasks;
- updating the plurality of subtasks to include the third subtask;
- automatically performing the first subtask based on a state of the plurality of subtasks and a definition for the first subtask;
- determining that at least one of the second subtask or the third subtask requires user input to be performed, based on the state of the plurality of subtasks and a definition for the at least one of the second subtask or the third subtask;
- and
- notifying a user that user input is required to perform the at least one of the second subtask or the third subtask.
