Context-based recommendations for robotic process automation design

A system for adding a process action to a design process, the system comprising:

• a processor;
• a non-transitory storage medium operatively connected to the processor, the non-transitory storage medium comprising computer-readable instructions;
• the processor, upon executing the instructions, being configured to:
• obtain contextual information associated with a state of the design process;
• determine, based on the contextual information and the state, a suitability level associated with a first process action;
• generate, based on the suitability level, a recommendation that is indicative of the first process action;
• and
• in response to receiving an acceptance of the recommendation, add the first process action to the design process.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium having encoded thereon computer-readable and computer-executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, implement a method for adding a process action to a design process, the method comprising:

• obtaining contextual information associated with a state of the design process;
• determining, based on the contextual information and the state, a suitability level associated with a first process action;
• generating, based on the suitability level, a recommendation that is indicative of the first process action;
• and
• in response to receiving an acceptance of the recommendation, adding the first process action to the design process.
