Abstract
A display device comprises a display panel, a window member disposed on the display panel, and an alignment mark layer disposed on a lower surface of the window member. The alignment mark layer comprises a light blocking layer disposed on the lower surface of the window member, and a pattern layer disposed on the light blocking layer. The pattern layer includes a through hole penetrating the pattern layer and exposing the light blocking layer.

A display device comprising:
- a display panel;
- a window member disposed on the display panel;
- and
- an alignment mark layer disposed on a lower surface of the window member,
- wherein the alignment mark layer comprises:
- a light blocking layer disposed on the lower surface of the window member;
- and
- a pattern layer disposed on the light blocking layer, wherein the pattern layer includes a through hole penetrating the pattern layer and exposing the light blocking layer.

- disposing a first light blocking layer on a lower surface of a window member;
- disposing a second light blocking layer on the first light blocking layer;
- disposing a pattern layer on the second light blocking layer;
- and
- forming an alignment mark by forming a through hole in the pattern layer to expose the second light blocking layer.
