An isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to CD28, wherein the isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof comprises:
- (i) an immunoglobulin heavy chain variable domain comprising heavy chain complementarity determining region (CDR) amino acid sequences, CDRH1, CDRH2, and CDRH3;
- and, (ii) an immunoglobulin light chain variable domain comprising light chain CDR amino acid sequences, CDRL1, CDRL2, and CDRL3, wherein the heavy chain CDRs and light chain CDRs are each associated with one of antibody AB2, AB3 or AB8 as set forth herein:
