We disclose for the first time principles of a new single hybrid technology comprising a power cycle and a refrigeration cycle in a partial form, using in closed cycles a fixed amounts of the same working-fluid, the vapor part of which in the partial refrigeration cycle undergoes a polytropic compression with the rejected heat removed by the compressed liquid (of the working fluid) in the partial power cycle before both are combined together at the same pressure, prior to entering an ambient heat exchanger where they absorb ambient heat (normally from air flow) and undergo turbo expansion (when the desired temperature is reached) and thus to generate 100% clean electrical and mechanical power with specific power density (60 to 90 kJ/kg·N2 depending on P1,P2 and T1 in the single hybrid mode), using only ambient thermal energy (of air or water) and thus with no gas or emission exhausting to the atmosphere, without using any type of fuel, any solar panel or wind turbine and without using any water to cool any part of the equipment (unlike current fossil power plants) and hence at negligible power generating cost, with possibilities of varying the operating parameters within some ranges around the optimum parameters based on the detailed theory provided in the specification in full compliance of the laws of thermodynamics.
