Abstract

The present invention relates to: a method form preparing highly differentiated kidney organoids; and the like. The present applications have developed two protocols for preparing kidney organoids by arranging stem cells between kidney decellularized extracellular matrix and Matrigel and uniquely treating same with a composition for differentiating kidney organoids, and has identified that these protocols promote the formation of a vascular network and promote glomerular vascularization in kidney organoids, and also have the excellent effect of maturating kidney organoids, and thus it is expected that kidney organoids according to the present invention can be effectively usable in disease modeling, drug screening, regenerative medicine, and the like.
