Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide a non-alcoholic or low-alcoholic wine flavor beverage having enhanced wine-like full body. The sodium content of the beverage is adjusted so as to be within a certain range.

A wine flavor beverage having an alcohol content of less than 3 v/v %, an acidity, in terms of tartaric acid, of 0.22 to 0.48 g/100 ml, and a sodium content of 70 to 950 mg/kg.
A method for enhancing wine-like full body of a wine flavor beverage having an alcohol content of less than 3 v/v % and an acidity, in terms of tartaric acid, of 0.22 to 0.48 g/100 ml, the method comprising
- the step of mixing ingredients such that the beverage has a sodium content of 70 to 950 mg/kg.
