A multispecific antibody that binds to human HLA-G and to human CD3, comprising a first antigen binding moiety that binds to human HLA-G and a second antigen binding moiety that binds to human CD3,
- wherein the multispecific antibody does not crossreact with a modified human HLA-G β2M MHC I complex comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:44.
