A benzimidazole derivative compound represented by Formula 1 or Formula 2, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a stereoisomer thereof:

- wherein R2 and R3 are each independently hydrogen, alkyl or cycloalkyl.
The benzimidazole derivative compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a stereoisomer thereof according to claim 21, wherein
