- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, comprising 200 ppm or less of contaminants or degradants.
Compound 1
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, comprising 100 ppm or less of genotoxic contaminants or degradants.
The compound of any one the proceeding claims, wherein the contaminants or degradants comprise 4-aminophenol.
The compound of any one of the proceeding claims, wherein the contaminants or degradants comprise 4-fluoroaniline.
The compound of any one of the proceeding claims, wherein the contaminants or degradants comprise Compound a.
The compound of any one of the proceeding claims, wherein the contaminants or degradants comprise Compound b.
A pharmaceutical composition comprising Compound 1:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises 200 ppm or less of contaminants or degradants.
