Abstract
The invention provides a compound of formula I. or a salt thereof, wherein R1—R2 have any of the values described in the specification, as well as compositions comprising a compound of formula I. The compounds are useful as antiviral agents.

A compound of formula (I):
- or a salt thereof wherein:
- X is a bond or is (C1-C6)alkylene;
- R1 is (C3-C15)cycloalkyl that is optionally substituted with one or more groups independently selected from the group consisting of halo and (C1-C6)alkyl, which (C1-C6)alkyl is optionally substituted with one or more groups independently selected from the group consisting of halo;
- and
- R2 is (5-10 membered heteroaryl)(C1-C3)alkyl, cyclopropylmethyl, 2-methylpropyl, (C3-C6)cycloalkyl, isopropyl, propyl, or 1-methylpropyl.
