A compound having a structure represented by Formula (IB):

• or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt or solvate thereof, or an enantiomer or racemate thereof, wherein:
• R2 and R3 are each independently hydrogen, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl (e.g., haloalkyl), substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclyl, or substituted or unsubstituted aryl;
• R8 is substituted or unsubstituted alkyl or substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl;
• R9 is hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, or substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl;
• or R8 and R9 are taken together with the atoms to which they are attached to form an optionally substituted cycloalkyl;
• R10 and R11 are each independently hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, or substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl;
• or R10 and R11 are taken together with the atoms to which they are attached to form an optionally substituted heterocyclyl;
• or R9 and R11 are taken together with the atoms to which they are attached to form an optionally substituted heterocyclyl;
• X4 is N or CR4;
• X5 is N or CR5;
• X6 is N or CR6;
• X7 is N or CR7;
• R4-R7 are each independently hydrogen, halogen, —ORa, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl (e.g., haloalkyl), substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclyl, or substituted or unsubstituted aryl;
• or any of R4 and R5, R5 and R6, or R6 and R7 are taken together with the atoms to which they are attached to form an optionally substituted 5- or 6-membered ring (e.g., cycloalkyl or heterocyclyl);
• and
• Ra is hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl (e.g., haloalkyl), substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclyl, substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl, or substituted or unsubstituted aryl,
• provided that at least one X4—X7 is —C—ORa, wherein Ra is substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl.
