Abstract
The present invention relates to a laminated glass with improved residual load-bearing capacity. A laminated glass, comprising:
- a plurality of sheets comprising two sheets, wherein the two sheets independently of one another are glass sheets or glass-ceramic sheets;
- and
- an interlayer located between the two sheets and composed of an interlayer material, wherein a ratio of a sum of a wavinesses (each in mm per 300 mm) of the two sheets to a thickness (in mm) of the interlayer is at most 1.0% per mm and the interlayer material comprises at least one polymer and has a melting temperature of at most 220° C.
A method for producing a laminated glass, comprising:
- providing two sheets, which independently of one another are glass sheets or glass-ceramic sheets;
- providing an interlayer film;
- arranging the interlayer film between the two sheets to give a layered assembly;
- and
- autoclaving to give the laminated glass.
