The grasping device 1 is a grasping device using a plurality of fluid pressure actuators 10 which are curved during contraction. In the bottom view of the grasping device 1, a tip portion of the fluid pressure actuator 10 overlaps with a tip portion of another fluid pressure actuator 10 when each of the fluid pressure actuators 10 contracts.

A grasping device using a plurality of fluid pressure actuators that are curved during contraction, wherein
- the fluid pressure actuators are a soft actuator,
- in a bottom view of the grasping device, a tip portion of the fluid pressure actuator overlaps with a tip portion of a other fluid pressure actuator when each of the fluid pressure actuators contracts.
