Abstract
A blow molded vial and a testing kit including a blow molded vial in which the vial includes one or two potential openings, capable of being opened and rescaled during the collection of a sample and further opened to dispense a sample and reagent or carrier fluid from within an inner space of the blow molded vial.

A blow-molded, threaded top vial, comprising:
- a vial body, comprising:
- a first end;
- a vial connection feature on an exterior surface of the vial body adjacent the first end;
- a second end;
- and
- a hollow space between the first end and the second end;
- and
- a removable top portion attached to the first end.

- a vial body, comprising:

- providing a swab;

- providing a testing substrate;

- dispensing a portion of the sample containing fluid onto the testing substrate.
