Abstract
The invention provides a microbial composition with weight loss efficacy, the microbial composition including Lactobacillus gasseri and Akkermansia muciniphila; a ratio of the Lactobacillus gasseri and the Akkermansia muciniphila is 2:3-3:2 by viable counts. By probiotic composition containing a specific proportion and content of Lactobacillus gasseri and Akkermansia muciniphila, it is able to improve body weight abnormalities caused by metabolic diseases.
