Abstract
Described herein are methods of treating cancer in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising 1-(4-(benzylamino)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-yl)-2-methyl-1H-indole-4-carboxamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, whereby the subject experiences a therapeutic response.

A method of treating cancer in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising 1-(4-(benzylamino)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydropyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-yl)-2-methyl-1H-indole-4-carboxamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, at a dose over a 24-hour period of about 450 mg to about 1500 mg, whereby the subject experiences a therapeutic response.
