Abstract
A flexible stamp is used in an imprinting process including a carrier. The carrier has a first surface and at least two spots of a flexible material. The spots are adhered to a first surface of the carrier and have a surface which is parallel to the first surface of the carrier and is textured by an imprinting pattern.
Claims18
A flexible stamp for an imprinting process comprising:
- a carrier, the carrier comprising a first surface;
- and
- at least two spots of a flexible material;
- wherein the which spots:
- are separate from each other and adhered to the first surface of the carrier, and
- have a surface which:
- is above the first surface of the carrier,
- is parallel to the first surface of the carrier, and
- is textured by an imprinting pattern wherein the imprinting pattern has a size which is smaller than a size of the spot.
