Abstract
Provided is an examination apparatus including a detection unit configured to execute a detecting process for detecting an examination target substance in a specimen, a suction-discharge mechanism configured to execute a mixing process for mixing particles and a liquid by repeating suction and discharge using a nozzle inserted in a reaction cell, the mixing process being a process which is performed before the detecting process and performed on the specimen to be subjected to the detecting process, and a processor configured to acquire information on a color of a mixed liquid in the nozzle, which contains the particles and the liquid mixed in the reaction cell and is suctioned from the reaction cell to the nozzle, and determine a mixing state of the mixed liquid in the reaction cell from the information on the color.
Claims15
An examination apparatus comprising:
- a detection unit for executing a detecting process for detecting an examination target substance in a specimen;
- a suction-discharge mechanism for executing a mixing process for mixing particles and a liquid by repeating suction and discharge using a nozzle inserted in a reaction cell, the mixing process being a process which is performed before the detecting process and performed on the specimen to be subjected to the detecting process;
- and
- a processor for acquiring information on a color of a mixed liquid in the nozzle, which contains the particles and the liquid mixed in the reaction cell and is suctioned from the reaction cell to the nozzle, and determine a mixing state of the mixed liquid in the reaction cell from the information on the color.
