Rotary compressor and refrigeration device

A rotary compressor comprising:

• a cylinder having a cylinder chamber therein;
• a piston configured to eccentrically rotate in the cylinder chamber;
• a drive shaft configured to drive the piston;
• a blade dividing the cylinder chamber into a suction-side space and a discharge-side space;
• and
• a cylinder end plate closing an end portion of the cylinder in an axial direction thereof,
• a discharge port communicating with the discharge-side space is formed in the cylinder end plate,
• the discharge port being formed such that as viewed in an axial direction of the drive shaft,
• part of an opening of the discharge port overlaps with the inside of the cylinder chamber,
• an opening end face of the discharge port is inclined radially outward of the cylinder end plate.
