- a body comprising a first end surface, a second end surface, and a bottom surface;
- a clamp plate comprising an inner surface and an outer surface;
- a length adjustment mechanism extending from the first end surface of the body;
- the clamp plate being positioned adjacent to the first end surface of the body and configured to be movable by the length adjustment mechanism.
