Abstract
Provided are a fibroin aqueous solution excellent in storage stability and also excellent in foamability and a method of producing the same. The fibroin aqueous solution includes fibroin and a compound represented by the general formula (1) or (2).
Claims14
A fibroin aqueous solution comprising:
- fibroin;
- and
- a compound represented by the following general formula (1) or (2):
- in the general formula (1),
- R1 to R4 each independently represent
- a hydrogen atom,
- an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1 or more and 8 or less carbon atoms, which may have a substituent, or
- an aryl group or an aralkyl group having 6 or more and 10 or less carbon atoms, which may have a substituent,
- provided that at least one of R1 to R4 does not represent a hydrogen atom, and
- X− represents an anion;
- in the general formula (2),
- C—N═C and A form a ring structure together,
- R5 represents
- a hydrogen atom,
- an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1 or more and 8 or less carbon atoms, which may have a substituent, or
- an aryl group or an aralkyl group having 6 or more and 10 or less carbon atoms, which may have a substituent, and
- X− represents an anion.
