Abstract
A desulfurization system includes at least one reaction vessel containing an inlet and an outlet, at least one material located in the at least one reaction vessel and configured to hydrolyze and sequester at least one sulfur species in a fuel provided to the inlet.
Claims20
A fuel desulfurization system, comprising:
- at least one reaction vessel comprising an inlet and an outlet;
- and
- at least one material located in the at least one reaction vessel and configured to hydrolyze and sequester at least one sulfur species in a fuel provided to the inlet.
A method comprising:
- providing a fuel to least one reaction vessel comprising at least one material to hydrolyze and sequester at least one sulfur species in the fuel;
- and
- outputting a desulfurized fuel from the at least one reaction vessel.
