Abstract

An open wearable acoustic device and an active noise reduction method are provided. The acoustic device includes a first sound sensor module, a speaker, and a noise reduction circuit. The noise reduction circuit may obtain a first sound signal from the first sound sensor module, select a target noise reduction mode from a plurality of noise reduction modes based on the first sound signal, and execute the target noise reduction mode. This solution can adaptively adjust a noise reduction mode based on a noise condition of an external environment of the acoustic device, so that an active noise reduction process of the acoustic device is more in line with the noise condition of a current environment, thereby improving a noise reduction effect of the acoustic device.

Dependent claims

An open wearable acoustic device, comprising:

a support member;
a speaker, physically connected to the support member, wherein an open space is formed between the speaker and a eardrum of a user when the acoustic device is worn on the user's head;
a first sound sensor module, physically connected to the support member, and configured to capture a first sound and generate a first sound signal, wherein the first sound signal includes an ambient noise signal from ambient noise;
and
a noise reduction circuit, configured to:
obtain the first sound signal from the first sound sensor module,
adaptively select a target noise reduction mode from a plurality of noise reduction modes based on the first sound signal, and
execute the target noise reduction mode.

An active noise reduction method for an open wearable acoustic device, wherein the acoustic device includes:

a support member,
a speaker, physically connected to the support member, wherein an open space is formed between the speaker and a eardrum of a user when the acoustic device is worn on the user's head,

the method comprising the following steps performed by the noise reduction circuit:

adaptively selecting the target noise reduction mode from the plurality of noise reduction modes based on the first sound signal;
and
executing the target noise reduction mode.
