Abstract
The present invention provides a method for separating pituitary hormone-producing cells and/or progenitor cells thereof, said method comprising a step for separating CD49c-expressing cells from a cell aggregate including adenohypophysis and/or a progenitor tissue thereof, and a hypothalamic neuroepithelial tissue.
Claims21
A method for separating pituitary hormone-producing cells and/or progenitor cells thereof, and hypothalamic cells, comprising a step of separating cells that express CD49c from a cell aggregate comprising adenohypophysis and/or a progenitor tissue thereof, and a hypothalamic neuroepithelial tissue.
A method for separating pituitary hormone-producing cells and/or progenitor cells thereof, comprising a step of separating cells that express CD49c and EpCAM from a cell aggregate comprising adenohypophysis and/or a precursor tissue thereof.
A method for producing pituitary hormone-producing cells and/or progenitor cells thereof, and hypothalamic cells, comprising a step of separating cells that express CD49c from a cell aggregate comprising adenohypophysis and/or a progenitor tissue thereof, and a hypothalamic neuroepithelial tissue.
A method for producing pituitary hormone-producing cells and/or progenitor cells thereof, comprising a step of separating cells that express CD49c and EpCAM from a cell aggregate comprising adenohypophysis and/or a precursor tissue thereof.
A method for producing a cell aggregate of a cell sheet comprising pituitary hormone-producing cells and/or progenitor cells thereof, and hypothalamic cells, comprising the following steps:
- (A) a step of separating cells that express CD49c from a cell aggregate comprising adenohypophysis and/or a progenitor tissue thereof, and a hypothalamic neuroepithelial tissue,
- (B) a step of reaggregating a population obtained in the step of (A).
A method for producing a cell aggregate or a cell sheet comprising pituitary hormone-producing cells and/or progenitor cells thereof, comprising the following steps:
- (a) a step of separating cells that express CD49c from a cell aggregate comprising adenohypophysis and/or a progenitor tissue thereof,
- (b) a step of reaggregating a population obtained in the step of (a).
