Abstract
Aspects disclosed herein generally relate to beverage systems. Particularly, beverage systems comprising a straw mechanism that is magnetically secured to a lid structure. The beverage systems in accordance with aspects herein have straw mechanisms that are selectively leak-proof.

A lid structure for a beverage system comprising:
- a body portion;
- and
- a straw mechanism comprising a magnetic connection to the body portion.
A beverage system comprising:
- a base structure comprising a threaded portion proximate an opening edge of the base structure;
- and
- a lid structure comprising:
- a body portion including an engagement cavity;
- and
- a straw mechanism rotatably engageable to the body portion within the engagement cavity.

- wherein the frame portion comprises a first magnet housing a first magnet;
