Electric vehicle chassis platform

A chassis platform for electric vehicles, the chassis platform comprising:

• a frame comprising:
• a front frame end, a rear frame end, a longitudinal frame axis, an upper frame surface, a bottom frame surface, opposing lateral frame surfaces disposed on opposing sides of the longitudinal axis, a transverse frame axis that is perpendicular to the longitudinal frame axis and extending between the opposing lateral frame surfaces;
• at least one of:
• a pair of opposing drivetrain units, a pair of opposing steering units and a pair of opposing braking units, coupled to the frame at the opposing lateral frame surfaces along the transverse frame axis;
• and
• an electrical-vehicle battery (EVB), an electrical-vehicle battery (EVB) compartment or both at least partly positioned in an area between the opposing lateral frame surfaces and along the transverse frame axis.
