Abstract
A terminal device receives a SIB of a SCell, where the SIB includes information used for obtaining an MCCH configuration of an MBS; and sends an MII message, where the MII message carries an identifier of an MBS service of interest to the terminal device. In this way, in some embodiments, for example, in a scenario in which the secondary cell can provide a broadcast service, the terminal device may report, based on the received SIB of the SCell, the identifier of the MBS service of interest to the terminal device.
Claims20
A method for transmitting a multicast and broadcast service interest indication message, the method comprising:
- receiving a system information block (SIB) of a secondary cell (SCell), wherein the SIB comprises information used for obtaining a multicast and broadcast service control channel (MCCH) configuration of a multicast and broadcast service (MBS);
- and
- sending a multicast and broadcast service interest indication (MII) message, wherein the MII message carries an identifier of an MBS service of interest to a communication apparatus.
An apparatus, comprising:
- at least processor;
- and
- a non-transitory computer-readable medium including computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the apparatus to:
- receive a system information block (SIB) of a secondary cell (SCell), wherein the SIB comprises information used for obtaining a multicast and broadcast service control channel (MCCH) configuration of a multicast and broadcast service (MBS);
- and
- send a multicast and broadcast service interest indication (MII) message, wherein the MII message carries an identifier of an MBS service of interest to a communication apparatus.
An apparatus, comprising:
- at least processor;
- and
- a non-transitory computer-readable medium including computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the apparatus to:
- receive first indication information, wherein the first indication information indicates the communication apparatus to report an identifier of a multicast and broadcast service (MBS) service;
- and
- send a multicast and broadcast service interest indication (MII) message, wherein the MII message carries an identifier of an MBS service of interest to a communication apparatus.
