Abstract
A Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) sensing method is applied to an access point (AP) and includes: receiving a sensing session establishment initiating message frame sent by an initiator device; and in response to the sensing session establishment initiating message frame, establishing WLAN sensing measurement with a first station (STA).

A wireless local area network (WLAN) sensing method comprising:
- receiving, by an access point (AP), a sensing session establishment initiation message frame sent by an initiator;
- and
- establishing, by the AP, in response to the sensing session establishment initiation message frame, WLAN sensing measurement with a first station (STA).

A wireless local area network (WLAN) sensing method comprising:
- determining, by an initiator device, a sensing session establishment initiation message frame;
- and
- sending, by the initiator device, the sensing session establishment initiation message frame to an access point (AP), thereby indicating the AP to establish WLAN sensing measurement with a first station (STA).

An access point (AP), comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory is configured to store a computer program executable on the processor, and the processor, upon executing the computer program, is configured to:
- receive a sensing session establishment initiation message frame sent by an initiator device;
- and
- establish, in response to the sensing session establishment initiation message frame, WLAN sensing measurement with a first station (STA).
