Abstract
An electrical contact element (3) is formed from a stamped and bent part and/or from a deep-drawn metal component (1). The electrical contact element (3) has a contact area (6) having an end-face contact surface (7) designed for electrical and mechanical contacting with an electrical mating contact element. The electrical contact element (3) also has a support area (8), which is arranged on a side of the contact area (6) facing away from the end-face contact surface (7) and is designed so as to mechanically support the contact area (6). It is provided that the contact area (6) is integrally connected to the support area (8) via a primary connecting section (9).
Claims17
An electrical contact element which is formed from a stamped and bent part and/or from a deep-drawn metal component, comprising:
- a contact area having an end-face contact surface designed for electrical and mechanical contacting with an electrical mating contact element;
- and
- a support area which is arranged on a side of the contact area facing away from the end-face contact surface and is designed so as to mechanically support the contact area,
- wherein the contact area is integrally connected to the support area via a primarily connecting section, and connected to the support area via at least one secondary connecting section which is at a distance from the primary connecting section along the circumference of the end-face contact surface.
A manufacturing method, comprising at least the following method steps:
- providing a primarily flat metal component;
- stamping and bending the metal component or deep-drawing the metal component in order to form a contact area having an end-face contact surface designed for electrical and mechanical contacting with an electrical mating contact element, and a support area which is arranged on a side of the contact area facing away from the end-face contact surface and is integrally connected to the contact area via a primarily connecting section, and connected to the contact area via at least one secondary connecting section which is at a distance from the primary connecting section along the circumference of the end-face contact surface for mechanically supporting the contact area.
An electrical contact element which is formed from a stamped and bent part and/or from a deep-drawn metal component, comprising:
- a contact area having an end-face contact surface designed for electrical and mechanical contacting with an electrical mating contact element;
- and
- a support area which is arranged on a side of the contact area facing away from the end-face contact surface and is designed so as to mechanically support the contact area,
- wherein the contact area is integrally connected to the support area via a primarily connecting section, and
- wherein the support area is primarily sleeve-shaped, and an annular or in part annular end of the sleeve-shaped support area facing the contact area mechanically supports the contact area on a side facing away from the end-face contact surface.
