• the cell pack comprises a plurality of cells;
• the first structure comprises a first surface facing the cell pack, and a second surface facing opposite from the first surface;
• the first structure further comprises a first conductor disposed on the second surface and electrically connected to the cell pack;
• when viewed along a first direction perpendicular to the second surface, the first structure has a portion overlapping with the cell pack;
• when viewed along the first direction, the first structure comprises a first region connected to the cell pack;
• and the first conductor is disposed between a first end surface of the first structure and the first region;
• and
• the first wiring harness is connected to the first conductor, the first conductor is pads integrated on the first structure.
