A recommendation apparatus for fitness regimen information, comprising:

• a memory;
• and
• a processor coupled to the memory, the processor configured to, based on instructions stored in the memory, carry out a recommendation method for fitness regimen information comprising:
• determining, based on physiological feature information of a user to be recommended, a matching human body model for the physiological feature information from a plurality of comparable human body models, the plurality of comparable human body models being generated based on physiological feature information of a plurality of comparable users;
• and
• determining fitness regimen information for the user to be recommended based on fitness regimen information of a comparable user associated with the matching human body model.
