Method for Extracting Event Information from Calendar Representations

Abstract

A method of extracting event information from calendar representations is provided. A calendar representation can be determined from an image of a calendar or schedule. A circadian state of a person might be determined by obtaining user data over a plurality of days, determining, for each of at least a subset of the plurality of days, an event type for each day, determining a circadian trajectory for a past day of the plurality of days, estimating a circadian trajectory and/or a circadian state for a future day and a mapping of the circadian trajectory and/or the circadian state to wall-clock time, and using the mapping to determine when to initiate or announce a biological treatment for the person based on a preference of circadian state for the biological treatment.
