Abstract
An incident response notification system may be provided by identifying, at a central service, a plurality of user devices to receive a reaction plan for an ongoing incident in an environment; customizing the reaction plan to produce a plurality of individualized versions, wherein each individualized version corresponds to an individual user device of the plurality of user devices and is customized based a device type of each individual user device and a role of a user associated with each individual user device in responding to the ongoing incident; and transmitting the individualized version to each corresponding individual user device of the plurality of user devices.

A method, comprising:
- identifying, at a central service, a plurality of user devices to receive a reaction plan for an ongoing incident in an environment;
- customizing the reaction plan to produce a plurality of individualized versions, wherein each individualized version corresponds to an individual user device of the plurality of user devices and is customized based a device type of each individual user device and a role of a user associated with each individual user device in responding to the ongoing incident;
- and
- transmitting the individualized version to each corresponding individual user device of the plurality of user devices.
A system, comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a memory including instructions, that when executed by the processor perform operations comprising:
- identifying, at a central service, a plurality of user devices to receive a reaction plan for an ongoing incident in an environment;
- customizing the reaction plan to produce a plurality of individualized versions, wherein each individualized version corresponds to an individual user device of the plurality of user devices and is customized based a device type of each individual user device and a role of a user associated with each individual user device in responding to the ongoing incident;
- and
- transmitting the individualized version to each corresponding individual user device of the plurality of user devices.
