Computer-based system for product initiation

A system comprising:

• a memory;
• and
• one or more processors in communication with the memory, the one or more processors configured to:
• execute a first bot to dequeue a request to initiate at least one product to initiate for a customer from a request queue;
• execute the first bot to determine a first product initiation system configured to initiate the at least one product;
• execute the first bot to retrieve first customer information of the customer from a set of previously collected customer information within a product selection form, wherein the first customer information retrieved from the product selection form is determined based on the at least one product;
• execute the first bot to retrieve a history of products associated with the customer, wherein the history of products comprises a product initiated by a second product initiation system different from the first product initiation system, wherein the second product initiation system is not able to share customer information with the first product initiation system;
• execute the first bot to generate second customer information of the customer based on the history of products;
• execute the first bot to generate a product request message including the first customer information and the second customer information of the customer and a unique identifier associated with the at least one product;
• execute the first bot to enqueue the product request message in a workflow queue;
• based on the unique identifier included in the product request message, execute a second bot to dequeue the product request message, wherein the second bot is associated with the at least one product identified by the unique identifier included in the product request message;
• execute the second bot to provide the first customer information and the second customer information of the customer to the first product initiation system thereby instructing the first product initiation system to initiate the at least one product for the customer;
• and
• execute the second bot to receive a notification indicating whether the at least one product has been initiated for the customer.

Non-transitory computer readable media comprising instructions that when executed cause one or more processors to:

• execute a first bot to dequeue a request to initiate at least one product to initiate for a customer from a request queue;
• execute the first bot to determine a first product initiation system configured to initiate the at least one product;
• execute the first bot to retrieve first customer information of the customer from a set of previously collected customer information within a product selection form, wherein the first customer information retrieved from the product selection form is determined based on the at least one product;
• execute the first bot to retrieve a history of products associated with the customer, wherein the history of products comprises a product initiated by a second product initiation system different from the first product initiation system, wherein the second product initiation system is not able to share customer information with the first product initiation system;
• execute the first bot to generate second customer information of the customer based on the history of products;
• execute the first bot to generate a product request message including the first customer information and the second customer information of the customer and a unique identifier associated with the at least one product;
• execute the first bot to enqueue the product request message in a workflow queue;
• based on the unique identifier included in the product request message, execute a second bot to dequeue the product request message, wherein the second bot is associated with the at least one product identified by the unique identifier included in the product request message;
• execute the second bot to provide the first customer information and the second customer information of the customer to the first product initiation system thereby instructing the first product initiation system to initiate the at least one product for the customer;
• and
• execute the second bot to receive a notification indicating whether the at least one product has been initiated for the customer.
