Abstract
A system for prioritizing work orders including determining a score based on timing data and compare the determined score of the subject vehicle to one or more other scores associated with one or more other vehicles. The system includes generating an updated list of work orders based on the scores and displaying the updated list on a graphical user interface of an electronic device.
Claims20
A system for prioritizing work orders for maintenance operations for vehicles, wherein the system comprises:
- a memory device and one or more processors in communication with the memory device, wherein the one or more processors are programmed to:
- store a list of work orders organized based on scores of the work orders;
- receive a subject freight record associated with a subject vehicle, wherein the freight record includes timing data;
- determine a score based on the timing data;
- compare the determined score of the subject vehicle to scores of work orders in the list;
- reorder the list of work orders ordered based on the scores to create an updated list, wherein the subject vehicle is ordered within the list based on the determined score;
- and
- display the updated list on a graphical user interface of an electronic device.
A computer implemented method for prioritizing work orders, the method implemented using a memory device and one or more processors in communication with the memory device, the method comprising:
- storing a list of work orders organized based on scores of the work orders;
- receiving a subject freight record associated with a subject vehicle, wherein the freight record includes timing data;
- determining a score based on the timing data;
- comparing the determined score of the subject vehicle to scores of work orders in the list;
- reordering the list of work orders ordered based on the scores to generate an update list, wherein the subject vehicle is ordered within the updated list based on the determined score;
- and
- displaying the updated list on a graphical user interface of an electronic device.
A non-transitory computer readable medium, having stored therein instructions that when executed cause a computer to implement a process for prioritizing work orders, the process comprising:
- store a list of work orders organized based on scores of the work orders;
- receive a subject freight record associated with a subject vehicle, wherein the freight record includes timing data;
- determine a score based on the timing data;
- compare the determined score of the subject vehicle to scores of work orders in the list;
- reorder the list of work orders ordered based on the scores to generate an updated list, wherein the subject vehicle is ordered within the list based on the determined score;
- and
- display the updated list on a graphical user interface of an electronic device.
